In 1964, Ed and Margie Imo opened a small pizzeria on Thurman Avenue in St. Louis, Missouri. Their vision was simple yet bold: create a pizza that embodied the soul of St. Louis — thin, square-cut, and blanketed with creamy Provel cheese.
